REGISTRATION FEE
A $40.00 NON-REFUNDABLE REGISTRATION FEE IS DUE UPON REGISTRATION
FOR EACH CHILD. (Payment of registration fee is not a guarantee of placement.)

DEPOSIT
Two weeks' deposit is DUE AT THE TIME OF PLACEMENT NOTIFICATION in order to guarantee enrollment. The deposit will be applied toward the last weeks' attendance prior to withdrawal, provided all termination notices/procedures have been met, as agreed, and all tuition and late charges/other fees are paid in full.

FAMILY DISCOUNT
The Children's Ark at St. George's offers a 5% ANNUAL DISCOUNT for the oldest sibling in the same family enrolled FULL TIME ONLY, simultaneously.

TUITION PAYMENT PLANS
Two payment plans are offered. For parents who elect to pay on a semi-monthly basis, payment
is to be placed in the TUITION BOX (located across from the reception desk) BEFORE the 1st
and 15th of each month. Parents may elect a monthly payment plan due no later than the
LAST DAY OF THE MONTH for the following month.

Each check or money order must be annotated with the name of the child and the period
of service covered by the tuition. All payments must be placed in the tuition box.
DO NOT SEND PAYMENTS IN LUNCH BOXES OR DIAPER BAGS.

Please note that those paying on a monthly basis will save $120/year due to a decrease in bookkeeping costs.

LATE PICK-UP
The Children's Ark is open 52 weeks a year, Monday-Friday from 6:30 A.M. until 6:00 P.M. If a
parent is unable to arrive by 6:00 P.M., the parent should notify staff as soon as possible, so arrangements can be made for someone to stay with your child. There will be a charge of $5.00 per child for the first quarter hour after 6:00 P.M. Thereafter, there will be a $10.00, $15.00 and $25.00 charge per child for each subsequent quarter of an hour or portion thereof per child. This amount must be PAID DIRECTLY to the The Children's Ark Office staff who will make arrangements to pay the late night teacher who stayed to care for your child/children.

REMEMBER, LATE PICK-UP IS ONLY FOR USE IN "EMERGENCY"
SITUATIONS AND SHOULD NOT BE ABUSED!

ABSENCES, HOLIDAYS, ETC.
Holidays include New Year's Recess (2 days), President's Day/In-service Day (2 days), Spring Recess (Good Friday/Easter Monday)(2 days), Memorial Day, Independence Day (2 days) Labor Day (1day), Closure for inventory, major cleaning and necessary repairs (3 days), Thanksgiving (2 days), Christmas (2 days), as well as required in-service days throughout the year (3 days).

NO REFUNDS are given for absences due to illness, snow days, personal holidays, vacations, etc. Part-time students must adhere to their regular scheduled days, but are welcome
to pick up any available day at the current daily rate. Switching one day for another is not permitted!

IN THE CASE OF ILLNESS, A TELEPHONE CALL IS
APPRECIATED AS WE WILL BE CONCERNED.

SCHEDULING
Due to space limitations, children registered by "Ark" families and those for a five day program
will be given priority over part-time. Children are to be enrolled for a minimum of two days.
